While away on holiday, I was hit with severe low sciatica that completely caught me of guard out of no where I could barely walk and it completely stopped me from being able to work on my retun.
I visited Kate after returning from my holiday, and she was an absolute lifesaver. Her communication was excellent; she took the time to clearly explain what was causing my issues and talked me through the series of techniques she used during treatment. She truly went above and beyond by writing to my GP to advise them on her findings, ensuring my overall medical care was alligned. Not only did she successfully help get me back on my feet and back to work, but she also gave me great stretching exercises to do at home to keep the pain at bay.
