Katie grew up in Nottingham and graduated from the “Anglo-European College of Chiropractic” with merit in 2013.

She prides herself on giving patients the care they deserve, always getting to the root cause of the problem, whilst making them feel valued.

Katie is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council (reg no. 03887)
and a member of the British Chiropractic Association – assuring you’re in safe, accredited hands.

“My family (virtually all of them!) have been visiting chiropractors for years and from a young age I saw how much it helped my Mum with her lower back pain, my Uncle to keep on playing cricket and my elderly Grandparents stay independent – chiropractors are very versatile!

Since having my two children, I have had a growing interest in the benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy, the postpartum period and to aid breastfeeding. I have also trained as a breastfeeding peer support worker with plans to expand this in the future.

After completing 5 years of training, I graduated with Merit and was awarded by the Royal College of Chiropractors for my dissertation. I then returned home to Nottinghamshire to begin my career.

In 2017, I opened Symmetry Chiropractic with the goal of providing personalised, effective care for people in my own community – care that I’d want for my own family.

Ruddington is my home – a friendly, vibrant community I’m proud to serve. I also grew up in Southwell and the surrounding area, which made it a natural choice for where to base my practice.

Outside of clinic, I enjoy spending time with my American husband and our children, exploring the local countryside, and connecting with friends and family.

While away on holiday, I was hit with severe low sciatica that completely caught me of guard out of no where I could barely walk and it completely stopped me from being able to work on my retun. I visited Kate after returning from my holiday, and she was an absolute lifesaver. Her communication was excellent; she took the time to clearly explain what was causing my issues and talked me through the series of techniques she used during treatment. She truly went above and beyond by writing to my GP to advise them on her findings, ensuring my overall medical care was alligned. Not only did she successfully help get me back on my feet and back to work, but she also gave me great stretching exercises to do at home to keep the pain at bay. I had this bad problem with my lower spine I didn't think at all it would heal but after the sessions with Katie I healed  properly I clicked in places I didn't think I could and I would definitely go back if I had any more injuries 100% reliable great for the money and I honestly feel so much better after a year from the injury of dead lifting. Makes it even better when you're waiting and have a fluffy dog to keep you company

She gives good post-treatment advice and instinctively finds the areas of need and works on these. I've been attending regularly for maintenance sessions for some years as a way of preventing future problems that are created by desk jobs and sports. Appointments are easy to book online. I was in agony and with 4 young kids to look after, I was really struggling! Having always wanted to go to a Chiropractor, but never finding one I felt comfortable with, thank goodness, I finally found Katie! On my first appointment, she made me feel really comfortable and after my initial treatment, within a matter of days, I could already feel a difference. I’ve had about 6 sessions so far, and I can honestly say, I feel like a new woman. I am finally out of pain and that’s all down to Katie! I highly recommend Symmetry Chiropractic for anybody who might be considering going to a Chiropractor but who might be like I was, and be a bit unsure about taking that first step!
